PRIVACY policy

New clients must complete a comprehensive health history form either online or in-person before the start of their appointment. This form must be updated every year or after any major health changes.

Your information will be securely stored for up to 16 years after your last appointment (or until age 35, whichever date is later.)

Your personal information will not be shared with anyone without your written consent or as required by law.


Cancellation policy

I value and respect your time, and appreciate the same from you!

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with me, I require at least 48 hours notice.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, your credit card on file will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

The cancellation fee is firm, and will still apply in the event of sickness or last-minute emergency.

The fee may only be waived if I am able to book another client in that appointment slot.

In the event that I have to cancel or reschedule an appointment with you, I will give you at least 48 hours notice or waive your next treatment cost.

Please be aware that the duration of your appointment includes any necessary discussions or assessments before and after the hands-on time.

Especially during your first treatment with me, it is important to have a discussion so that we both have a clear understanding of your goals. This may also involve specific assessments and muscle testing.

With this in mind, I will do my best to maximize the amount of hands-on time you receive.
